Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all Board Meetings, including the Annual Meeting, were temporarily suspended.  The annual budget numbers remained as they were in the previous budget and all Board Members kept their positions.  All bills were still paid and limited PLH business was performed via email communication between Board Members.
These extreme measures were implemented due to the unprecedented nature of this pandemic and we hope to get back on track soon.
